Payment

I accept various forms of payment.

Unless the items are listed as * ready to ship* I start work on items once payment is received and send them out within a 5-7 day period. I try to dispatch items sooner rather than later, but some months are busier than others and I prioritize items in the order they have been purchased and paid for. If you have any problem paying for the item within 5 days of purchase, please contact me and I will hold the order at my discretion, however this may affect the dispatch time. I will otherwise cancel any other unpaid for order.


Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. For cancellations, requests must be made within two (2) days of purchase. For returns or exchanges, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of custom orders and embroidered orders, I cannot accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return and Exchange Details

Lost items: Unfortunately, no postal system is perfect and at times items go missing. I always obtain a proof of postage and cannot be responsible for items which are lost by the post. As noted above, ordinarily I send packages via the USPS.

Damaged items: All of my orders are wrapped carefully and packaged in a sealed plastic envelope. I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the package in transit.

I accept returns, however I pride myself on producing good quality clothes, and I hope you find them to be good quality. Please contact me directly if you feel the item is not as described.

Shipping

Please ensure that you clearly state the address where the item is to be mailed. We ship using USPS. Currently, we only ship in the United States and are not offering shipping out of the contiguous United States at this time.

Timeframes: Unless specified, my items are not ready to ship, so I make all orders from scratch once payment is received. As mentioned above, I aim to ship orders as soon as possible within the dispatch period, but some months are busier than others and I also have my own little monsters to look after! The typical time frame is 5 - 7 days. If I am unable to meet that time frame, I will contact you directly to make appropriate arrangements.
